Hmm, looks like Tricky Dick (wait, that’s Nixon) tried to alter climate-related testimony in Congress. Something about the testimony increasing the likelihood of emissions regulations. Not very shocking, I suppose, since this is the dude who composed US energy policy in secret with the help of oil companies.
